CONSULT
Unsure where to start in a space? In need of an expert opinion? Seeking assistance selecting finishes? We provide you with all the deisgn input you might need to execute your own project without the additional fees associated with services + project management. For 1-2 hours, we can assist you in any + all areas of design. From overall floorplan layouts, cabinetry configuration, storage solutions to colour palettes, lighting + even decor/ furniture, we are happy to help in any way that we can! Together we can bring your dream space to life.
RENOVATION
Updating your forever home? Dreaming of an open concept or a kitchen that makes you swoon? Whatever it is, we got you covered! Whether you’re wanting to tackle a one-room renovation, or even an addition, we can design a personalized interior based on your functional needs, lifestyle + aesthetic style. Evelyn Interiors will work with you to turn your place into your dream space. Our renovation service includes floor planning, elevations, digital mood boards, 3D rendering, Furniture and fixture lists. We can also do all the sourcing and ordering. Have a contractor lined up great! Needing a contractor still that's fine too we can recommend one. Evelyn Interiors provides FREE estimates for renovation projects.
NEW BUILD
Designing a space from the ground up can feel exhausting. We are here to help, starting with your initial ideas, we combine form + function, creating a space for your family or business that suits everyone's needs. We will work with your home builder or contractor to ensure you achieve that end result you have been dreaming of. We know sometimes it is tough to visualize that end result. Through floor plans, elevations, 3D Renderings, colour boards and finding the perfect fixtures & furniture we can help you every step of the way.
E DESIGN
Did you know we can design your space without being on site? We start with a 1 hour consultation over the phone to learn about your space and what your needs are. Next you send us your measurements and pictures of the space. Then we get to work! We will provide you with 2 space plans, colour boards and furniture & fixtures lists. From here you can take the reigns and make your space a reality!
DIGITAL RENDERINGS
Need help visualizing a space? With digital renderings I can create your space in 3D, adding textures and fixtures so you can see the design before you start. Interior or Exterior let us create that design before your commit so you are sure to love the end result!
STYLING/ DECOR
Are you looking for help completing your dream space? Are you unsure how to arrange furniture or decor? Or a realtor looking for help to spruce up a home with some visual appeal? Maybe you just need some guidance selecting finishes for your space. We are here to help! Send us your pinterest board or some spaces you are dreaming of so we can get a feel of your ideas, then lets meet and take a look at what we are working with! After our consultation we get to work. We will send you a digital furniture board and an item list with direction of where to buy. Our goal is to give your the confidence to use those special pieces and complete your dream space.
